Abundant Life Hope works with residents of Mwiki and its environs through sustainable social, economic, health and educational initiatives that uplift livelihoods and restore hope, dignity and self-reliance.
Abundant Life Hope is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) based in Nairobi County, Kenya. We exist to serve the residents of Mwiki Sub-Location and surrounding areas within Kasarani Constituency.
Our work is guided by a clear mission: to mobilize, empower and support community members through sustainable social, economic, health and educational initiatives that uplift livelihoods and restore hope, dignity and self-reliance to individuals and households.
We are non-political, non-partisan, non-sectarian and not-for-personal-profit. Every programme is designed with community participation, transparency and long-term sustainability at its core.
Guided by our constitution and official objectives, we focus on the following interconnected areas of community development.
Supporting sustainable income-generating activities and economic wellbeing of community members and households.
Promoting access to basic health, nutrition and hygiene information and services within the community.
Supporting education, mentorship and skills development programmes for children, youth and adults.
Promoting environmental conservation, hygiene and sustainable use of natural resources in the community.
Championing the rights, protection and welfare of orphans, the elderly, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
Undertaking welfare activities and collaborating with government, NGOs and well-wishers for collective community progress.
Our focus is the residents of Mwiki and surrounding areas within Nairobi County, with particular attention to those who stand to benefit most from empowerment and support.
